The best Linux distro of 2011! | TuxRadar Linux: Well for the year of 2011,they did mention the top distrobutions Fedora, Mint, Arch, Ubuntu, Debian and OpenSUSE go head-to-head So,depending on the USER'S Taste,It seems that Linux is still the winner. Personally I have used  Linspire (aka Lindows, a KDE Based OS founded on the Linux kernel and designed to be either live disk,or installed with a user friendly installation and plenty of friendly help), Jolie OS and Ubuntu from versions 8 up so I know how they are.I still have my disks.anyway, check out the link and article.I found this interesting.Especially finding out that Debian can be installed on a POWER PC (An old Mac). Well Mac OS is an OS derived from UNIX and a cousin to LINUX.
